Refund policy
At MARCIO, we want you to shop with confidence. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging and box. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
